We would also be delighted to welcome you in person at our service point at the Hotel Beau Séjour. The Beau Séjour reception is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (CET).
The Schlüssel Hotel and Restaurant is located in the heart of Lucerne's old town, close to attractions such as the Chapel Bridge, the Jesuit Church, and the town hall. The Hirzenhof bus stop is just a few steps away. Lucerne train station is about a 10-minute walk away.
The hotel doesnothave parking spaces. You can park briefly in front of the hotel to unload your luggage. You can reserve amunicipal parking permitfrom us in advancefor CHF 20 per day.

The Hotel Schlüssel operates a self-check-in system. There is no reception on site. Guests program their room cards themselves at the check-in corner on the first floor. Detailed instructions are provided. If you have any questions, our team is available by phone daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. (CET).
We don't serve breakfast at Hotel Schlüssel, which gives you the chance to explore the local offer of coffee and croissants. Located in the heart of the charming Old Town, there are numerous breakfast places within walking distance.
During the warm season, mobile air conditioners are available in the rooms of the Hotel Schlüssel to ensure a pleasant room temperature.
Terre de Mars toiletries are provided in every room: hand soap, body lotion, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The products are vegan and organic.
All rooms have their own safe.
Adapters, dental care kits, earplugs, and additional terry cloth towels are freely available on the first floor in the furniture near the check-in corner.
The rooms are refreshed daily. Thorough cleaning with linen change takes place every three nights. More frequent cleaning is available upon request.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the hotel's rooms or premises.
The rooms deliberately do not have a TV set.
On the third floor, you will find a Kindness Bar with a Nespresso machine, fresh Lucerne water, soft drinks, and beer. There is no mini-bar in the hotel rooms.
Our guaranteed check-in time is 3.00 p.m.

The Hotel Schlüssel is wheelchair accessible. An elevator is available from the ground floor.
The Schlüssel restaurant with terrace is located on the ground floor of the building. It is open to the public. The current menu can be viewed online.
Pets are not allowed at Hotel Schlüssel.
The Schlüssel is not only a great place to sleep, but also to eat! For lunch and dinner.
