Hotel Schlüssel is a self check-in hotel. Nevertheless, people are there to help you if you need it. The team at Restaurant Schlüssel on the ground floor would be happy to help you from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening.
At all other times, the front office team at Hotel Beau Séjour, our partner hotel on Haldenstrasse in Lucerne, would be happy to answer your questions. The reception of the Beau Séjour is open daily from 8.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. (CET): +41 41 410 16 81.
