The Hotel Schlüssel is a self-check-in hotel. Nevertheless, people are there for you. If you need assistance, the team at Restaurant Schlüssel on the first floor will be happy to help you from Tuesday evening to Saturday evening.
At all other times, the front office team at the Hotel Beau Séjour, our partner hotel on Haldenstrasse in Lucerne, will be happy to answer your questions. The reception of the Beau Séjour is open daily from 08 a.m. to 11 p.m. (CET): +41 41 410 16 81.
